Benefits of the program
The diverse range of contributors: university lecturers (university professors, senior lecturers, teaching fellows, etc.) as well as many PE teachers, specialists in physical activity and its teaching, members of academic steering groups and/or examination boards for teacher recruitment exams.
Work experience in a secondary school under the supervision of experienced PE teachers approved by the PE educational inspectorate. Students are given full responsibility for their class.

Acquired skills
A wide range of skills, covering three main sectors:
- Skills in diagnosing, designing and evaluating practice sessions in a variety of different sport, physical, and artistic activities
- Skills in face-to-face teaching with a group of learners
- Scientific skills and knowledge (in the human sciences, history, sociology, psychology, physiology, anatomy, etc.) to prepare for competitive teacher recruitment exams and/or to prepare for research
International
Under the Erasmus programme, students can spend and validate a semester abroad

Study objectives
The Education and Motor Skills Licence trains students to become professionals in the teaching of physical and sports activities, capable of planning and teaching the practice of these activities while ensuring the safety of participants in any type of educational establishment or structure (primary school, secondary school, association, etc.). For students wishing to pursue a Master's degree, it prepares them for research.
Major thematics of study
Disciplines relating to working in the field of PE teaching: didactics of sport, physical, and artistic activities, work placement support, etc.
Physical activities: in all areas of motor skills (artistic, acrobatic, performance, outdoor, individual or group opposition, physical activities for training and personal development, etc.)
Scientific disciplines: human sciences (history, sociology, psychology), biological sciences (physiology, anatomy, etc.)
