Entry requirements

This Master’s has strong interdisciplinary connotations and is aimed at students from a range of backgrounds (administration, anthropology, architecture, law, economics, geography, development, history, sociology, political science, engineering sciences, etc.). It features various pedagogical activities (classes, workshops, dissertation, placement, field experience, individual and group work, etc.) and requires students to be seriously committed to the course.

Acquired skills

Calendar

In M1, a work placement is not mandatory. If students do carry out a work placement, it must be minimum four weeks long, starting any time from June and finishing before the M2 academic year starts (in September; the date depends on the programme).

La création de l’EUP, issue du rapprochement de l’Institut d’urbanisme de Paris (IUP - Université Paris-Est Créteil) et de l’Institut français d’urbanisme (IFU - Université Gustave Eiffel), a élargi l’éventail des interlocuteurs et interlocutrices, et des organismes professionnels qui travaillent avec l’École pour répondre aux nouvelles questions des acteurs de la ville. Pour organiser et animer ce dialogue, la Chaire "Aménager le Grand Paris" a été créée. Elle permet d’établir un rapport privilégié avec certains organismes et institutions clés dans le champ de l’urbanisme et de l’aménagement.
