The aim of the L3 Primary education (MEEF) is to prepare students for a Master's in MEEF primary, with a view to taking the competitive recruitment examination for primary school teachers (CRPE). After the Licence, most students continue their studies with a Master's degree (2-year specialisation). In our university, as well as the Master's in MEEF primary (run by the ESPE), other Master's degrees remain open to applications from L3 MEEF students: - Master's in MEEF secondary (preparation of the CAPES); - Master's in LSCN (Research in French Language and Literature); - Master's in Publishing and the Paper and Digital Book industry; - Master's in Literature, Knowledge and Digital Culture; - Master's in Culture and Web Careers; - Master's in Corporate Communication and Social Media
Intended professional fields: primary school teaching; careers in the book industry, publishing and communication; writing Web content; journalism, etc.
Professional integration
The training programme places emphasis on employability through different measures:
- a compulsory placement in L3;
- supervised projects with major companies (L'Oréal, Air France, Eiffage).
In most cases, the MEEF placement involves observing a primary class and writing a placement report presented in a viva.
