Entry requirements
The Professional Degree is for students from initial second-year diploma programmes. It is open to students who have completed training in health, social and social welfare fields and who have significant experience in management.
The training programme takes the form of a sandwich course regardless of student status.
3 statuses are accepted:
- Apprenticeship
- Continuous training and professionalization contract
- Initial training (sandwich placement).
Benefits of the program
The training programme accepts around 25 students per year.
Over half of the contributors are professionals from the healthcare and social welfare sector. Immersion in professional environments throughout the year. Theoretical knowledge and skills immediately used.
Acquired skills
The course provides students with skills and knowledge in the fundamental management tools (project management, HR management, desktop tools, job analysis, communication, strategic analysis and management control), fundamental knowledge in the health field (health law, decentralization, health system and policy, ethics).

Schedule of studies
Courses are on a sandwich schedule with in-company periods and take place between mid-September and end June.
Your future career
At the end of this Professional Degree, graduates may move into the following professions:
- for students in continuous training: health executive, medical and paramedical services management and running.
- for students in initial training: administrative manager, assistant to social welfare and medical-social sector executives, HR assistant, quality assistant, assistant accountant, assistant to directors of retirement homes for dependent elderly people, executive secretary in clinics, etc.
Professional integration
Knowledge acquired during the course ensures students are immediately employable. Almost 100% of students seeking employment after the Degree find a position within 2 years.
Study objectives
The aim of the Professional Degree is to train middle management for healthcare, social and social welfare sectors. Transversal management knowledge is therefore a must. According to employers, knowledge acquired during training is sufficient to take on the positions wished for.

Le volume horaire global pour un étudiant est de 400 heures et 150 heures de projet tuteuré.
Les cours sont en alternance avec les périodes en entreprise et se déroulent entre mi septembre et fin juin.
Les candidats peuvent, avant même l'acceptation de leur candidature dans la formation, rechercher un contrat en entreprise et arriver avec une promesse d'embauche au moment du recrutement.
A l'issue de la formation, chaque étudiant soutient un mémoire et un projet tuteuré.
