Entry requirements
A high school diploma plus 2 years of higher education in construction, mainly a DUT (University Technical Diploma) in Civil Engineering, or a BTS (Advanced Vocational Training Certificate) in Building.

This Professional Bachelor is the result of a very close partnership with the professional branch of single-family home builders, LCA-FFB (Les Constructeurs et Aménageurs - Fédération Française du Bâtiment). This allows the Professional Bachelor to remain very close to the needs of the profession and thus ensure a very high integration rate for our graduates.
The courses are also provided by a team of professionals, and by high school teachers and IFIS teachers, allowing a personalised follow-up of each student.
Acquired skills
Skills or abilities assessed:
- Master new technologies and the regulations to be applied on construction sites, in particular the regulations relating to construction contracts.
- Optimize the technical management of the site by taking into account hazards and respecting safety rules.
- Control construction costs and lead to profitable operations.
- Finally, the building site supervisor will have to master the interpersonal relationship, communicate to his customers about the progress of his projects, evaluate and develop his subcontractors, and above all maintain a relationship of trust with both types of interlocutors.
