Entry requirements
The professional degree is designed for students with first degrees - a Baccalaureate + 2 years of higher education (economics and social sciences, literature, communication), and from Schools of applied arts, materials engineering, decorative arts and fine arts. 2 statuses are accepted : Apprenticeship or Continuing training and professional training contract.

Schedule of studies
It is an apprenticeship training course alternating between 3 weeks in the training centre and 5 weeks in a company.
Your future career
With this professional degree, graduates are able to perform the following jobs:
-Freelance designer or consultant, Industrial designer employed in a design department within an industrial or services business
-Industrial designer employed in or a partner of a specialist multi-disciplinary design agency, a service provider for industrial or services businesses
-Self-employed industrial designer, a consultant to industrial or services businesses and to design agencies. They may also work for consultancy firms in communication, volume or packaging ; design studios or offices within a company or not, design agencies (product, communication, space) ; for packaging manufacturers, in
graphic industry companies (printing, shaping, finishing, etc.).

Study organization
Le volume horaire global pour un étudiant est de 400 heures et 150 heures de projet tuteuré.
Les cours sont en alternance. Ils se déroulent entre fin septembre et début juillet. Ils sont répartis comme suit : 3 semaines de cours puis 5 semaines en entreprise.
Les candidats peuvent, avant même l'acceptation de leur candidature dans la formation, rechercher un contrat en entreprise et arriver avec une promesse d'embauche au moment du recrutement.
Les projets tuteurés sont soutenus courant septembre. A l'issue de la formation, chaque étudiant soutient un rapport de stage.

Après examen du dossier, les candidats peuvent être invités à un entretien pour présenter leur cursus et leur projet professionnel.

La Licence professionnelle met en partenariat plusieurs entités :
- l'IFIS assure la coordination générale de la licence, le suivi des mémoires professionnels et l'organisation des jurys.
- L'Ecole Estienne assure les enseignements professionnels et technologiques et encadre les projets tuteurés, participe aux jurys et assure la coordination de l'ensemble de la formation pour la partie technique notamment.
- le CFA Descartes assure le suivi de l'apprenti (visites en entreprises), du livret de l'apprentissage, des formalités administratives de l'apprentissage en relation avec les entreprises d'accueil des apprentis.

Création et expérimentations 2D - 3D / projets packaging Graphical projects, volumes, packaging aimed at discovering the various fields of packaging and complementary fields (label, POS, etc.).
