Benefits of the program
This training is done in close collaboration with partners who have strong links with the profession. The majority of our students are in apprenticeship contract and professionalization contract. A number are in continuing education and we favor VAE. The training manager is part of the national sectoral commission (CNS), and participates in the renformecemnt partnerships with actors in the hotel industry. We also welcome foreign lecturers from Boston University and Lassell College through a cooperative relationship between the Boston University Head and SHA.
Acquired skills
The student at the end of the training should have a knowledge of the world of hospitality and the diversity of his professions that he can occupy, such as receptionist, accommodation manager, governor (e) and an acquaintance of the customer especially international. He must be able to manage a team of employees and have skills in various fields in the world of hospitality such as digital strategy, revenue management, community management, marketing.

The courses are organized with a rythme of 2 days at the university and 3 days in a company.
