Entry requirements
Access to the Social and Solidarity Integration and Entrepreneurship pathway (SSIE) is open to all students with a fourth-year postgraduate diploma, i.e. who have 180 credits. Continuing training students who have not reached this training level can still access the training program via the Validation of Acquired Experience procedure.
There are two stages to the selection process: a preliminary selection based on applications, then an admission interview after which a selection board states whether or not the pre-selected candidates have been admitted.
Benefits of the program
The training program is integrated in the Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée University Social and Solidarity Economy Chair which fosters a large number of partnerships with players in the field through its research actions and its many events such as its gatherings of researchers and players or its solidarity alternatives video festival.
It is a work-study training program open to apprenticeship and continuing training.
Acquired skills
The training program aims to develop students' skills in the development of IEA (integration through economic activity) structures (work integration enterprises, intermediary associations, temporary work integration enterprises, régie de quartier (neighbourhood development), job integration workshops) and socially-beneficial solidarity enterprises (SSE law) in general.
