Strategic Intelligence, Risk Analysis and Territories – ISART
Entry requirements
The ISART Master 2 is open to students holding a Master 1 (and in particular the M1 Competitive Intelligence of the UPEM / IFIS or a first Master 2. It is also open to experienced professionals in the context of a VAP, of a VAE or continuous training. For all candidates, a coherent professional project dealing with the problems of the Master 2 ISART constitutes the main criterion of access.
Benefits of the program
The training mobilizes a network of professionals and recognized experts, ensuring its anchoring in the world. The ISART Master 2 is prepared as part of the apprenticeship (12 months, 4 days a week in the host organization). It also welcomes candidates every year as part of continuing education (civilian and military personnel, professionals). Note: the UPEM / IFIS Competitive Intelligence Master 1 is open to alternation, it is possible to sign two-year work-study contracts.
Acquired skills
Understand and decrypt the French and foreign devices of competitive intelligence, the stakes of the problems "cyber" and "data". Implement, pilot and animate a monitoring system. Understand the principle of risk analysis and management and territorial strategy. Set up and manage a crisis cell. Identify information risks, influence and counter-influence strategies, lobbying.

Schedule of studies
The training takes place every Thursday from October to July plus 6 weeks blocked in the year.

Professional integration is facilitated by the professionalism of teaching (over 50% of professionals from companies and institutions) as well as the pedagogical approach induced by learning. The training prepares professionals in business continuity, risk management and security, and watch / analysis managers for major industrial groups (automotive, defense, pharmaceutical, chemical ...), data security officers , strategic analysts, as well as consultants in these areas, likely to integrate large consulting firms.

The training leads to the business of economic intelligence in the broad sense: Consultant / Consultant in Economic Intelligence; Head of Economic Intelligence;Strategic Watch Manager; Business Intelligence Analyst; Responsible for watch; Knowledge Manager; Risk Manager, PCA and / or Security Manager; Information Manager
Study objectives
The ISART curriculum is built in line with the so-called "Matignon" reference system on the professions of Economic Intelligence developed under the direction of Alain Juillet (2006). This course aims at the training of professionals able to advise or lead organizations in the implementation of the processes of economic intelligence encompassing the different types of watches, the levers of influence, risk management and the overall security of organizations, in an international context taking into account the territorial dimension.

Economic and strategic intelligence, information engineering, information science communication, monitoring, data (big, small, smart ...), knowledge management, risk management, crisis management, Influence, lobbying, strategies of digital communication, reputation in the era of social media, intangible heritage, intelligence and territorial marketing.
Study organization
The training gives rise to theoretical courses, feedback and operational methodologies from professionals (> 60% of the interventions), tutorials and many case studies either in the long term or in "intensive" on two or 3 days. Students learn to work in teams and under pressure during simulations, business games and serious games. Tutored projects are also organized in the first year.

La formation est accessible dans le cadre de l'alternance, sur des missions qui doivent impérativement concerner les thématiques de l'intelligence économique, de la getion des risques et des crises ou de l'intelligence territoriale.

Students can attend some courses offered in the other courses of the M2.
International
Cooperation and exchange projects with IE programs from universities and European schools, exchanges on the theme of serious games with training and international laboratories.
Major thematics of Research
The training is backed by the DICEN-IDF laboratory (Information and Communication Devices in the Digital Age - Paris, Île-de-France), a multidisciplinary research unit with a principal anchoring in Information and Communication Sciences (CNAM - UPEM). All the teachers holding the Master's degree are attached to this research unit and constitute the essence of 3rd Axis : ICT and service innovations, competitive and territorial intelligence.

UE 3 - Influence The unit on influence addresses the issues of media coverage and attention economics, with a focus on specific issues such as fact-checking, fake news, information warfare, info-mediation. UE 6 - Thesis and Internship This unit is designed as a professional springboard through work experience in a work/study programme: an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. This unit is evaluated jointly by academic tutors and company tutors. This professional experience is followed by the preparation of a thesis presented before a jury. | 9 | |||
