Les disciplines enseignées s’organisent en quatre domaines :
- Management : management stratégique et intelligence économique, gestion des ressources humaines, pilotage de la performance, gestion de projet, système d'information, RSE et développement durable.
- Innovation : au travers de projets prospectifs et métiers tant d'un point de vue des conditions de l'innovation que de sa mise en œuvre, management, innovation et droit, management et ingénierie de projet, marketing et communication digitale, Business Model innovants, prospective et innovations numériques,
- International : Management interculturel, jeux d'entreprise, connaissances des marchés et géopolitique, conduite de réunion et negociation across culture en anglais,
- Système d’information et services numériques : Informatique, réseau et technologies web, Marketing et communication digital, projets de système d'information, activités de services, droit du numérique, alignement et gouvernance des systèmes d'information.

La formation Master prolonge la 3ème année de la Licence générale Management Ingénierie des Services et numérique : MITIC
Pour mener à bien les objectifs de formation, l'architecture du Master Management de l'Innovation MITIC est articulée autour de cinq domaines majeurs de compétences : concevoir, piloter, coopérer, mailler et agir en situation. Chaque domaine est décliné en bloc de compétences qui s'appuient sur des enseignements dispensés progressivement entre le Master 1 et le Master 2 dont certains sont déjà préparés en 3ème année de Licence MITIC. Les enseignements sont eux-mêmes organisés en deux grands champs de connaissances : les enseignements fondamentaux en management et innovation et les enseignements plus spécifiques aux métiers MITIC autour de la transformation numérique des entreprises et les activités de services.
Ces enseignements, combinés à la prise en charge des missions en entreprise et à la conception et la réalisation de projets conséquents au sein de la formation, aident l'étudiant à déterminer son projet professionnel. Projets et missions, confiés par des acteurs professionnels, constituent des mises en situation privilégiées pour acquérir les compétences en Master 1 comme en Master 2.
Pendant sa formation, l'étudiant peut également personnaliser sa formation en validant des enseignements complémentaires et d'ouverture (ECO) qui vont de l'engagement associatif, à la possibilité de combler ses lacunes en passant par une sensibilisation à l'entreprenariat.
Le temps passé en entreprise est de 6 mois en jours cumulés pour chacune des 2 années organisées en alternance entre les cours à l'Université et les missions en entreprise. Le rythme en Master 1 et en Master 2 est d'un jour par semaine plus 1 semaine complète par mois à l'université.
Modalité d'admission en FC :
Les candidats en formation continue peuvent valider une partie des unités d'enseignement en fonction de leur expérience. Les candidatures sont examinées au cas par cas en fonction de la cohérence du parcours et du projet professionnel avec les objectifs de la formation. Ces candidats doivent déposer un dossier de candidature spécifique.
L'obtention du diplôme en VAE est possible.
Modalité d'admission en FI :
Modalités d'admission en Master 1 et Master 2 : les étudiants des parcours MITIC accèdent à l'année supérieure sous réserve d'obtenir la moyenne à chacun des 5 domaines d'activités et compétences associées et plus de 10 à l'UE n°52 (Problématiser, rechercher l’information, écrire et argumenter).
Pour les étudiants ne venant pas du parcours MITIC :
- une sélection sur dossier sur la base du dossier académique, des expériences et du parcours professionnel et de la motivation à intégrer le Master. La pratique de l'anglais est un plus. Si des séquences en entreprise ont été effectuées et évaluées, une note supérieure à 12 est demandée.
- les étudiants admissibles sont reçus en entretien durant lequel le niveau de langue est vérifié, la motivation et le projet professionnel sont évalués. Des tests de culture générale et d'anglais passés le jour de l'entretien complètent l'évaluation. Les étudiants peuvent se voir prescrire une mise à niveau (lectures complémentaires, cours en e-learning ou autre moyen de remédiation) afin de renforcer leurs connaissances.
Modalité d'admission en Alternance :
Tous les étudiants en alternance partagent les modalités d'admission définies en FI (dossier, tests et entretien). Le cursus est intégralement en alternance (apprentissage, contrat de professionnalisation voire stage).
Les candidats doivent rechercher une entreprise dès que leur candidature a été acceptée dans la formation. Pour faciliter la recherche d'une entreprise d'accueil par les étudiants, sont organisées, dès la diffusion des résultats des jurys de sélection, deux réunions de prérentrée. Un appui individuel est aussi mis en place : identification des compétences, rédaction des CV et lettre de motivation ainsi que la diffusion des propositions d'alternance reçues des entreprises partenaires de la formation.

Partenariats :
Le conseil de perfectionnement MITIC regroupe des universitaires et des professionnels actifs. Il offre un gage d'adéquation entre les enseignements du parcours MITIC et les besoins professionnels depuis 1996.
En complément du conseil, de nombreuses interactions avec le milieu professionnel existent notamment au travers des missions confiées par des entreprises aux étudiants MITIC chaque année (Air France, SNCF, La poste, Orange, BNP, Disney...), dans les projets Master 1 et Master 2 réalisés en lien avec les professionnels (Upperlink, CNOSF, NATIXIS, Seine et Marne attractivité, Ceetrus, ADP...), dans la tenue d'événements appuyés par des organisations professionnelles, ou encore dans la réalisation d'événements tels qu'UNIVCAMP où se retrouvent autour des projets d'innovation des étudiants, des professionnels, des enseignants et des chercheurs.

53 - Working collaboratively: Complementary course Opening/Cross-disciplinary The aim of the Complementary and Opening TUs (ECO) is to give students the means to promote their efforts outside the courses to validate their Master's specifically in the event of proven shortcoming. The M2 (2nd year) priority is to ensure that students demonstrate good oral comprehension in English (level B2 CECRL or equivalent). If required, students take the initiative to consolidate their English communication abilities during the complementary and opening TU periods. Students substantiate their professional project by completing their e-portfolio to facilitate their professional integration.
