Entry requirements
Target audience: Degree or Master's.
Knowledge and skills expected before beginning the course: French language proficiency, good general culture, methodological skills and ability to synthesize, basic software use, initiative, research and artistic creativity faculties, interest for books and publishing which may be illustrated through experiences, knowledge of English.
Benefits of the program
This Master's proposes a single programme (paper and digital) tailored to changes in publishing. It has a strong professional focus through apprenticeship from the first year and the opportunity to undertake several long placements as part of initial training. It is completed by a personal publishing project which calls on all the knowledge and skills acquired and is supervised by professionals.
Acquired skills
The course provides the skills required for creating, developing and managing publishing projects (books and multimedia) in literary, artistic, educational, cultural, scientific and practical fields.
It provides students with professional know-how as well as artistic, legal and financial knowledge and the skills required to take on the responsibilities of publisher or create a business.

Course venue
Schedule of studies
Placements from January to end March and from mid-June to mid-September - apprenticeship: 1st semester 2 days in-company and 3 days in university - 2nd semester from January to end March: 4 days in-company and 1 day in university; from April to June: 2 days in-company and 3 days in university.
Your future career
At the end of the programme, students will be able to apply for positions in the field of paper publishing as well as in publishing entities specialized in multimedia creation and website creation, development, online publication and management. Students may find employment as publisher's assistant, project manager, editor (after several years' experience), head of an editorial department or a small business, communications officer in the field of books, cultural establishments, government ministries (positions as publishing manager or communications officer for publishing).
