Maintenance Industrielle et Sûreté des Process
Entry requirements
The course is open to people under 26 with a 2-year university degree compatible with the content of the training : DUT (GIM, GMP, MP, GTE...), BTS (MI, ATI,MAI...) or an equivalent degree.
Benefits of the program
It consists of a 120-hour tutored group project . The themes developed are : CMMS, maintenance policy, the smart factory… The apprentices are supervised by UPEM teachers. A skill-based approach has already been implemented in some teachings such as CMMS and Outsourcing themes for example and is about to be expanded to the rest of the subjects.
Acquired skills
Be able to define goals, milestones, project requirements and the follow up of schedules. Be able to implement a maintenance policy adapted to each type of company. Develop a range of interventions based on existing history. Be familiar with the GMAO architecture. Be able to draw up a maintenance contract, draft a preventive plan, prepare and schedule actions, manage stocks. Be able to define realistic situations (resources and equipment) to successfully carry out a FMECA study. Be capable of analysing experience feedback in the field of reliability, of using the right tools to analyze and solve the different difficulties that can occur in everyday human relationships.

Schedule of studies
Block-release training over a year : one month working in a company followed by one month stuying at University.

This course is not suited for the continuation of studies. It prepares to the positions of : Head of the maintenance and methods department , business manager, senior technician, CMMS manager…
Manufacturing industries, maintenance for industries (production tools), Infrastructure (transport, energy grid, urban installations) , Service sector (building equipment, facilities management, multi-technical maintenance for industries).
Professional integration
After getting a bachelor's degree in "Industrial maintenance, process safety", most of our graduates are senior maintenance technicians. On average, they get their first job within 3 months and a half and their net monthly salary ranges between 1600 and 3200 Euros.
Study objectives
This vocational bachelor degree (MISP) aims to train high-level operational technicians who are able to ensure maintenance and process safety. The course gives them a good understanding of how a company works and of the industrial world and services by providing them with solid technical knowledge.

Les candidats en formation continue peuvent éventuellement valider une partie des unités d'enseignement en fonction de leur expérience professionnelle. Ils doivent déposer un dossier de candidature spécifique (deux contacts : le responsable de la formation visée et le 01 60 95 70 21).

La sélection se fait sur dossier (admissibilité). L'admission est définitive après signature d'un contrat d'apprentissage.
