Projet professionnel et mémoire - Tronc commun
This teaching unit accompanies the students in the realization of their professional dissertation. It guides them in the choice of the subject, in its problematization, as well as in the organization of a structured, critical and argumentative reflection. It provides methodological frameworks for the acquisition of materials useful for the dissertation and for the choice of investigative approaches. The teaching alternates between plenary sessions and workshops in small groups.

PILOTAGE DE LA PERFORMANCE & MANAGEMENT | 11
Team management & human resources management
Complementary to the teaching carried out in the common core in semester 2, this course places students in concrete management situations to help them build their personality as future managers of operating teams.
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 3 | 24h
Economic performance management
Through this teaching unit, students can better understand the economic and financial environment of a private company. The course also enables them to understand the management mechanisms of an organisation and to analyse and interpret financial and accounting documents. It also provides the basics of accounting and financial analysis.
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 7 | 42h
Economic performance management - For operating engineer
The teaching of this unit reinforces students' achievements (in accounting and financial terms) by providing them with practical knowledge on drawing up budgets (investment and operating), producing information and constructing dashboards.
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 1 | 6h
STRATEGIE & OFFRE DE SERVICE | 22
Développement de l'offre de service - Tronc commun
This teaching unit has two parts. The first one deals with marketing and aims at giving students the keys to understanding the customer relationship (public and private), the characterization of its expectations, the construction of an adapted offer (according to a system of constraints), the commercial strategy,... The second part concerns the service offer itself. It provides an overview of the services currently offered to public and private customers (especially industrialists) before opening up to the possible evolution of the offers (in connection with research & development). It also offers a simulation exercise: the construction of a response to a call for tenders and its presentation.
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 8 | 42h | 6h
Development of service offer - For operating engineer
Aimed at future operations engineers, the teachning is organised around feedback in order to examine strategies for negotiation (when drawing up an offer), adaptation (during its implementation) and anticipation (with a view to its renewal).
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 1 | 12h
Strategic analysis - For project engineer
In addition to the common core, this teaching provides students with keys to reading about a strategic analysis tool: the value chain. It brings methodological elements to analyse an activity/service in terms of value creation or loss, to specify the pivotal actions/new service offers that will bring a competitive advantage to the company, to define a resource allocation/activity deployment strategy and its timing. It also provides additional knowledge on foresight (to help students understand why and how to anticipate change/transformation).
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 4 | 30h
Environmental services at international level
This teaching unit provides training with insight into international practices in environmental services. It allows us to put training into perspective and to question our own models. Its aim is not to compare point by point the differences and similarities between the service offers of various countries, but rather to highlight the key factors that determine their "design" and to highlight practices that are easily transposable, major innovations, etc... It can be deployed according to different modalities (e.g. seminar outside the territory or hosting foreign speakers).
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 4 | 39h
Environmental services at international level - For project engineer
The aim here is to involve students in the organisation, running or promotion of courses 4.5
Teaching language FRANÇAIS / FRENCH | 1
Digital & new economic approaches
There are many elements that could lead to a transformation of the environmental service offerings. In the context of this teachning, two major factors are being studied: digital technologies (reflected in the Internet of Things, smart cities, smart grids,...) and new economic approaches (such as the collaborative economy, the social and solidarity economy, the economy of functionality, the circular economy). After a precise definition of the concepts used and their foundations (historical, theoretical, ...), this teaching unit is based on examples and experiences (whether successful or not) allowing to question the current and future changes, the constraints encountered and finally the effects (expected and probable) on environmental services.

Master thesis
The Master's thesis is the result of a study and applied research work on a subject (relevant from a training point of view) allowing the academic and professional achievements to be mixed. It thus combines knowledge and know-how. The dissertation is the subject of a written work and an oral presentation, meeting precise specifications. | 30 |
