Study objectives
La formation a pour objectif de former des personnels d'encadrement, capables de concevoir des produits mécaniques ainsi que leurs processus de production. Les étudiants diplômés sont alors en mesure de répondre à des impératifs d'ordre technologique et économique en intégrant les facteurs gestion, communication et pilotage des performances.
Pour atteindre ces objectifs, des dispositifs pédagogiques innovants, qui ont prouvé leur efficacité, sont renforcés. Ils sont liés à l'organisation en mode projet du Master 2. Dans ce cadre là, les étudiants sont amenés à travailler sur de réels projets industriels et sont organisés en groupe représentant les différentes fonctions d'une entreprise (un bureau d'étude, un bureau méthode, service qualité, DSI, ...). La place de l'anglais est réaffirmée: l'enseignement de l'Anglais est une priorité et un atout pour l'insertion professionnelle des étudiants.

INNOVATION ET CREATION D'ENTREPRISE
This course aims to both educate students to the issues of outsourcing and also show that entrepreneurship is a possibility that concerns everyone.
