Entry requirements
L3: French and EU students: submit application via the Université Gustave Eiffel website. Students from outside the EU: Campus France according to country of origin.
Benefits of the program
Optional courses (Sociology of the Family, of Education) and refresher courses ensure students are prepared for the entrance exams they wish to sit.
Acquired skills
Students on this pathway tend to pursue careers in teaching. They consolidate their sociology knowledge and conduct collective and individual surveys. They also benefit from refresher courses in mathematics and in French, which ensures they can prepare teaching profession exams comfortably.

Your future career
Students from this pathway pursue their studies with Master's in Careers in Teaching, Education and Training. They may also choose to pursue their studies with other Master's degrees in Social Science.
Study objectives
The 3rd-year Sociology Teaching Professions pathway is designed as a continuum of the two previous years. Lectures and tutorials ensure students broaden their knowledge. A dissertation is produced during the year on a subject of choice, and it is based on a survey which the student has personally carried out. Other group surveys are also carried out in the third year.

Calendar
The semester covers the period from the end of September to the Christmas holidays. The first three weeks are devoted to the first semester exams, to the examination panels and enrolment for the second semester. This runs from the end of January to mid-June, including the exam and examination panel periods for the second semester. An observation placement in a school is undertaken during the year.
