Entry requirements

This degree is for students with an advanced vocational training certificate in vehicle maintenance or internal combustion engines, or students with an industrial technical university diploma who have experience in the vehicle sector. First- or second-year students of a Licence degree in engineering sciences can also apply for this course.

Benefits of the program

The Maintenance and Technology: Multi-Technical Systems professional Licence degree is a work-study programme under an apprenticeship contract (with CFA Descartes).

The course is separated into five training periods in October, January, March and May. This means that students benefit from extended periods of work experience in the company, which helps them to acquire and develop skills.

This course has an extremely high graduate employment rate, with 100% of graduates in employment and nearly 70% remaining in the company that trained them.

Acquired skills

The Vehicle Technologies and Equipment programme of the Maintenance and Technology: Multi-Technical Systems Licence is designed to train future technical workshop managers specialised in one of the following areas: the analysis and diagnosis of the electrical and electronic systems of the vehicle and its environment; the analysis and inspection of bodywork and coatings. More generally, this professional Licence covers the issues of the availability of a transport offer in the context of defined needs. In this respect, it is line with the university’s current focus and allows students to adapt to, or even prefigure, future professions in this sector.

The alternation between training and work experience allows students to understand both the training objectives and company objectives through work placement reports.

Study objectives

Acquire the knowledge, know-how and inter-personal skills required for the different managerial and supervisory practices for the MOMV programme.

Scientific and technological knowledge related to vehicles is also covered in the Vehicle Technologies and Equipment programme.

A tutored project allows students to develop their ability to innovate and reflect on professional practices.
